Mr. Prantik Basak is an Assistant Professor with over 2 years of experience. He qualified NET in Political Science (2019) and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Student Politics from RBU, Kolkata. He holds a master’s degree from the University of Calcutta, and is a former Don Lavoie Fellow from Mercatus Centre, George Mason University, USA. With a keen interest in research, Mr. Basak currently holds four ISBN book chapter publications and four ISSN journal publications along with multiple online publications. His academic interest areas include contemporary Indian politics, Western political thought and political sociology.

Ms.VidhitaRakhe holds a B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) Degree from Department of Legal Studies and Reserach, Barkatullah University and LL.M. Degree in Corporate and IP Laws from Faculty of Law, JagranLakecity University, Bhopal. She was awarded Rank Certificate for securing 1 st Rank in the Batch of 2017-2018 of LL.M. in the 4 th Convocation of JagranLakecity University, Bhopal. She is currently pursuing her Ph. D from Faculty of Law, JagranLakecity University. Ms.Rakhe also holds Diploma Course on ‘Cyber Laws’ administered by Government Law College, Mumbai and Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune, Certificate Course on ‘Intellectual Property Rights & Information Technology in the Internet Age’ from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and a Certificate Course on ‘Human Rights’ from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi.Ms.Rakhe has many publications in form of research papers and chapters to her credit. She has authored a book titled “Trademark Infringement in Cyberspace: A Study of Jurisdictional Issues in India and USA” with ISBN No. 978-81-951250-2-9 published by Black Aviat Publishing House, 2021. Ms.Vidhita has interned with the different litigation and corporate firms and various Tribunals including National Green Tribunal, State Information Commission, Consumer Forum and District Court of Bhopal.

Ms.Ridhi Singhal is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law at Marwadi University. She is also pursuing her Ph.D. from Gujarat National Law University and holds a post-graduate degree (LLM) from IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal. Her forte lies in Intellectual Property Laws and she has experience of conducting various events during her graduate and post-graduate programs. At Faculty of Law, she is part of various committees and also conducts moot training and guides student to be a great mooter while enhancing their legal proficiencies.

Ms. Sukhbir Kaur completed her graduation and post-graduation in Commerce from Panjab University. She worked as a guest lecturer in Commerce at S.D College for Women, Moga. She was a recipient of the Don Lavoie Fellowship granted by Mercatus Centre, George Mason University, USA. She cleared NET (JRF) in Commerce in 2022 with AIR 79 and joined Presidency University as a PhD researcher in Economics in February 2023. She has a keen interest in the areas of corporate finance, international finance, sustainable finance and corporate governance and boasts quality publications in these areas.

Mr.Rajawat pursued B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal then pursued LL.M. (OYC) with specialization in Criminal Law from the Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. Mr.Rajawat is pursuing Ph.D. in Law from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. His research area includes Sports Law and Criminal Law. Mr.Rajawat has more than five years of experience in academics. Mr.Rajawat is a researcher in the European Union’s Erasmus+ Project on Curricula Development on Climate Change Policy and Law. Mr.Rajawat has many publications to his credit. Mr.Rajawat has edited books titled “Issues and Challenges in Law Relating to Sports in India”, “Sports & Entertainment Law” Published by Taxmann Publications. Mr.Rajawat is an editor of various International and National Journals. Mr.Rajawat has organized International and National Conferences, Refresher Courses for Law and Social Science Teachers, Moot Court Competitions, Client Consultation Competitions.

Currently finalising her PhD in international relations from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Ms.Tripti completed her masters and MPhil from JNU. Her interest areas include gender, race, international relations, government and politics. She has presented at international and national conferences and has a publication on the topic ‘Comparative study of women’s representation in politics: Case of Canada and India’.

Mr.Aviral Thakre is currently working as an Assistant Professor of Law. He holds a law graduate degree from Nirma University, Hyderabad. His interests revolve majorly around Criminal Law and Constitutional Laws. He has won the 17th JustaCausa Moot Competition representing ILNU. Currently, he teaches criminal law, criminal justice and corporate law. He also conducts moot training and guides students to be a great mooter while enhancing their legal skills.

Akanksha Ranjan is a committed legal expert, having earned her Master’s degree in Law with a focus on Constitutional and Administrative Law. She has qualified UGC NET and has been awarded a Junior Research Fellowship. Driven by a love for teaching, Akanksha has shared her expertise in law entrance coaching institutes, guiding and mentoring aspiring legal enthusiasts. Her dedication to education, combined with a profound understanding of constitutional and administrative law, is evident in her vibrant teaching style, which aims to inspire the upcoming generation of legal scholars.

Being a practicing psychologist and an academic enthusiast, Lakshmi is not only an empathic and compassionate person but also focuses on creating a safe space, understanding, and validating each emotion that one feels. She serves as an Assistant Professor, contributing to the academic landscape of psychology. Lakshmi is known for her emphasis on emotional intelligence, both in her clinical practice and academic endeavours. Beyond theoretical knowledge, she integrates practical insights garnered from her experiences as a practicing psychologist, enriching the learning experience for her students. She recognizes the importance of emotional awareness and regulation in fostering mental well-being, and she integrates this understanding into her teaching and therapeutic approaches.

Ms.Kanishka Tyagi graduated from National Law University, Punjab and earned a LL.M. from Jagannath University, and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. from HPNLU, Shimla, focusing on AI and Law. UGC NET qualified, she specializes in Criminal and Civil laws, aiming to create dynamic learning environments. In leadership roles, she contributes to the University Women Cell, promoting inclusivity, and serves as Member-Secretary for the Centre for Civic Engagement, emphasizing community engagement. Her conference participation includes presentations on AI and Law, socially regulated automation, and global cybercrime perspectives, reflecting her commitment to academic research and legal discourse.

Ms. Divyanshi Shrivastava, is currently working as an assistant professor of Law in Marwadi University. She is a gold medalist and has pursued her academics from NLU Nagpur. She has qualified UGC NET in 2023. She has authored various research papers in renowned journals of NLS Banglore, NLU Orissa, CUSAT Kochi, DSNLU, DNLU Jabalpur, Bar and Bench, Manupatra etc. She has enormous internship experience of interning under leading firms like Fox Mandal, Kaden Borris and chambers of GeetaLuthra. She has also been a research intern under Hon’ble Justice L. Nageswara Rao, Supreme Court of India. She has been constantly working towards a stellar career in Law, with a zest for research and writing. She is also an avid speaker and has been adjudged as best speaker in various conferences, seminars at renowned institutions like GLC Mumbai, SLS Noida.

Mahekbanu Koradiya is a dedicated legal scholar navigating the intricate dimensions of law, presently engaged in a Ph.D. journey. Armed with an LL.M. in Criminal and Security Law, her academic prowess shines through her role as a full-time research scholar at Marwadi University. With a notable past as a visiting faculty member at the same institute, Mahekbanu brings a wealth of practical and academic experience to her current pursuits. Her commitment to legal education and research is evident in her contributions, reflecting a passion for shaping the next generation of legal minds and advancing our understanding of criminal and security law dynamics.

Born in Zambia, Mr. Bright Phiri embarked on a journey driven by a passion for law. After completing his Bachelor’s in Zambia and Master’s in Law in India, he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Law scholar while also working as a Teaching Assistant cum Research Associate in faculty of law at Marwadi University. With his international background, he brings diverse perspectives to his academic endeavours, emphasizing the importance of cross-cultural understanding.

Rodney D. Ryder is a partner with Scriboard; a full service law firm with an intellectual property, technology and media specialist practice. He is the author of Guide to Cyber Laws: the Information Technology Act, 2000, E-Commerce, Data Protection and the Internet, the first section-wise analysis of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000. He is presently Advisor to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, Government of India on the implementation of the Information Technology Act, 2000. Mr. Ryder is also an Adjunct Professor [legal management] to the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow [IIML], the Fore School of Management, New Delhi [FSM] and the Amity Business School [ABS]. Adjunct Professor to the National Law School of India University [NLSIU], Bangalore, NALSAR, Hyderabad, National Law University [NLU], Jodhpur, Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, Amity Law School, Indian Institute of Technology [Kharagpur] and the CBI Academy [Ghaziabad].
